Okay, have you ever seen Criss do that 'Floating Cup' trick? Basically, and yes, I'm telling you because he too reveals is in his book, you take a styrophoam (sp?) cup, puncture a hole in the back of it, put your thumb through and make it look like you're levitating it without touching it with your other fingers and do it in a way they can't see your thumb poking in the back of it.
